Can I use a purchased, rented or otherwise third party list with EZNewsYouCanUse?
No. We maintain a very strict anti-spam policy and provides email marketing services only to companies, organizations, and individuals communicating with their established customers and subscribers. We do not allow the use of third-party, purchased, rented or harvested email lists. Our strict policies allow us to maintain high delivery rates for all of our customers.

What are some tips for writing a good subject line?
1. Keep your subject line short and to the point. Many email program cut the subject line off after 40 characters. 2. Don't repeat your FROM LABEL in the subject line. The space is too valuable to repeat something that the recipient can already see. 3. Avoid spammy words and excessive punctuation. 4. Avoid ALL CAPS.
What are some tips for creating good email content?
1. Use images to enhance your text and html content, but avoid sending emails that are made up of only images. 2. Try to be concise. Avoid long blocks of copy.
My Internet Service Provider filters unwanted e-mail and spam. Could these filters block e-mail that I wish to receive?
Yes, they may. Spam filters can restrict wanted e-mail as well as unwanted e-mail. If you believe this is happening, please consult the help section of your e-mail program or contact your ISP directly to see how to relax or remove the settings that filter or block e-mail. Many e-mail programs allow you to designate messages from your email as legitimate e-mail, ensuring that all future correspondence regarding your communications will be accepted. Here are some tips in adding email to your address book:
If you use AOL
1. Open the e-mail message.
2. Click "Add to Address" icon.
3. The name and e-mail address from e-mail are pre-populated in the Add Contact
pop-up. Verify that the information in these fields is correct.
4. Click "Save."
If you use Yahoo
1. Open the e-mail message
2. Click the "Add to Address Book" link on the far right.
3. The address will be automatically entered into your Yahoo! Address Book.
If you use Hotmail
1. Open the e-mail message.
2. Click "Save Address(es)" at the top of the message header.
If you use MSN
1. Open the e-mail message.
2. Click "Save Addresses" on the right.
3. Select the check box next to the address you want to save. You can also make changes to the contact information.
4. Click "Save."

Turning off pop-up blockers.
